Copyright Letter

As we are using a song that has been created by somebody else, we have to ask permission from them in order to avoid any kind of copyright/legal problems. We decided that we should send them one email from our group (as opposed to one each). We were given a template to type from in order to make sure we included all the relevant information, which is shown below;
