Did Weather Affect Our Production?
On our first day of filming, we were admittedly pretty scared that we would have to cancel. It rained throughout the morning, which soaked the grass that we were going to set the band equipment up on. However, once everyone began to arrive, the sun came up and everything dried out a bit. This meant we could film and be able to set the band equipment (especially the drum kits) up without fear of water damage. The fact that it had rained also dimmed the colouring of the skyline, meaning that the footage that we filmed looked extremely nice. All in all, it was almost a perfect scenario.
On day two of filming the weather was a lot better, and it left us in a good mood; as the day involved lots of walking. The sun was out and it had not been raining, which meant that we could get all of the shots without trouble (at least without trouble due to weather)! The sunny day also allowed for the shots from the top of the multi storey car park to look fantastic; another set of shots that you be able to tell we are really proud of.
