Production Diary Six - 23/10/2017

After conducting a multitude of auditions for both band members and main characters in our music video we have come to the decision of who to cast. Since we are working in a group of three for this project we have decided to cast each of us in a role; with Jordan taking the lead as the main character of the storyline and the lead singer of the band. Both me and Alyx are the guitarists of the band. That left a drummer and the main character’s boyfriend left to cast. We decided on Jack Bacon as the latter as we thought he would have good chemistry with Jordan on set and his audition was pretty impressive (compared to the others that we saw). For the drummer we decided to cast Callum Clifford as he was able to complete all tasks set for him during the audition and also was able to meet all the filming dates. We also decided that me and Alyx would fill the roles of the chavs who beat up Jack’s character; as it stopped us running into any problems when it came to organising filming days.
